APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs
3/4 c. apricot nectar

Blend oil and eggs together. Add the cake mix, apricot nectar and lemon extract. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased, floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

To Glaze: Blend 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon lemon extract; pour over top and sides of warm cake.
