APRICOT POUND CAKE | |
1 box "Pound Cake" mix 1 sm. box orange Jello 1/2 c. salad oil 3/4 c. apricots & juice 3 or 4 eggs GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. apricot juice Mix pound cake with Jello, oil and apricots with juice well. Beat eggs one at a time. Pour into a well greased bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. After cake is cool, glaze with powdered sugar and apricot juice mixed together. |
