LEMON APRICOT POUND CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. apricot nectar

Disregard directions on cake mix box. Beat eggs and sugar together, add oil, cake mix and apricot nectar. Beat 5 to 8 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 or 1 1/2 lemons

Heat until hot, but do not boil. Pour over cake while both glaze and cake are hot.
