QUICK PIZZA POCKETS 
Frozen bread dough (each loaf makes 4)
Spaghetti sauce
Pepperoni slices
Chopped onion, green pepper, ripe olives or green olives as desired
1 sm. can mushrooms
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese

Sausage or hamburger browned in a skillet can be added or substituted.

Allow frozen bread dough to thaw. Divide into eight equal pieces. Press or roll out each piece into a circle about 5" wide. Spread spaghetti sauce on four of the circles. Top with desired pizza toppings. Place a circle of dough on top pocket. Seal. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Variation: Stuff "pocket" with any left over meat, vegetable, and/or cheese. Broccoli, cheddar, onion, bell pepper and ham are especially good.
