MEXICAN HOT DOGS 
2 tbsp. salsa
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
4 slices of cheese
4 tortillas
4 hot dogs

Spread 1/2 tablespoon salsa on each tortilla. Top with 1/2 tablespoon onion. Wrap 1 cheese slice around each hot dog. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated, 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serves 4

Was a good choice for lunch when I had hot dogs but no buns or bread, but some tortillas. I used a "Rotel" type canned tomato product instead of salsa. Very filling, one is enough, and no fork needed. Cover with foil while baking.
