HOT SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
Chopped onion to taste
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
1 jar Ortega salsa (mild, medium or hot)

Brown sausage and onion together; drain. Put in a crockpot. Add cream cheese and salsa. Heat on low, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
