MEXICAN SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage, hot if you are really daring
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 onion, minced
1 can Old El Paso jalapeno relish (hot) or you may substitute green jalapeno peppers to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. garlic powder

Cook together beef and sausage. Drain well. In large electric skillet or fondue pot melt cheese, adding remaining ingredients. Add cooked meat and heat thoroughly. Serve hot with Doritos or King-Size Fritos.

Freezes very well for future parties. Makes 3 quarts.
