MEXICAN HOT DISH
1 1/2-2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
Garlic powder
Pepper, salt lightly
Hot sauce (either a pkg. taco mix, a jar of salsa, or green chiles)
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Colby cheese, 1/2 lb. or more, as desired (grated)
12-16 corn tortillas

Combine hamburger, garlic powder, salt, pepper and onion (chopped); fry until done. Add hot sauce and soup; combine. Spray roasting pan with Pam.

Layer 4 tortillas (they form the bottom layer). Add hamburger mixture, about 1/4 of it. Then add grated colby cheese (use cheese generously). Repeat above procedure and end with grated colby cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until done and bubbly, 45 minutes or an hour.
