CUCUMBER RELISH 
12 lg. cucumbers
5 onions
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 tbsp. salt

Peel and slice cucumbers. Chop onion and peppers quite small. Mix and let stand overnight. Next morning drain off water and add 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 1/4 cups white vinegar. Mix. Fill jars and seal. Keep in refrigerator.
