BEEF BARBEQUE 
6 lbs. chuck roast (lg. chunks)
1 stalk celery, died
3 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
3 tbsp. barbeque sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Put meat in roaster, pour mixture over chunks. Heat until mixture boils (stove top). Cover and roast in oven 6 hours at 300 degrees. Remove bone and fat from meat and shred. Let meat set in the liquid until absorbed. Makes enough for a party of 20.
