BBQ BEEF 
6 lb. square cut roast
1 lg. onion, chopped
14 oz. catsup
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. water

Add all ingredients into pot - put into 300 degree oven. Cook covered for 4 hours. Cook uncovered for 1 hour. Let cool slightly and shred meat by using 2 forks. Serves 12.
