JIFFY PEACH OR APPLE COBBLER 
2 large cans sliced peaches, reserve juice (or 2 cans apple pie filling and apple juice)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 box golden or white cake mix (Jiffy)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, sliced into 12 pieces
Cool Whip, if desired

Reserve about 4 tablespoons of peach juice in cup, drain remaining juice and pour peaches (or apple pie filling) in 13x9-inch pan. Add 1/2 of the brown sugar, all the granulated sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix together.

By hand, sprinkle dry cake mix over peach mixture until covered. Arrange butter pieces over cake about 2 to 3-inches apart, covering most of cake. Drizzle the reserved juice over top and sprinkle remainder of brown sugar on top.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Top with Cool Whip when cooled.
