CHOCOLATE CREAM DESSERT

4 c. whipping cream
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa

Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together. Set aside. Pour 3 cups of cream in bowl and whip into peaks. Gently fold in cocoa mixture. Put into fancy glass dishes. Put in refrigerator. Whip up 1 remaining cup of cram and put some on top of each dish.
