CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 sm. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Graham crackers
Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Mix first 2 ingredients; fold in Cool Whip until all one color. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish with graham crackers. Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers. Top with second layer of crackers and remaining pudding. Place third layer of crackers on top and pour Fudge Frosting over all. Refrigerate overnight.

FUDGE FROSTING:

1/2 c. cocoa
1/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. clear syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Heat first 3 ingredients. Mix all together. Spread on crackers. (Also a great frosting for pound cake.)
