CHOCOLATE PUDDING DESSERT | |
3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. milk 1 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 1 1/2 c. boiling water Cream together first 2 ingredients; add milk. Sift together next 4 ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix until smooth, then add walnuts. Spread in buttered 9 inch square pan. In a small bowl, mix sugars and cocoa. Sprinkle over batter in pan. Pour water over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. The cake part rises to the top with a rich chocolate syrup underneath. |
