CHOCOLATE PUDDING DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts

Mix together. Put into 11 x 14 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix together. Spread over cooled crust.

3RD LAYER:

3 c. milk
2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding

Mix together. Spread over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

Cool Whip
Nuts

Spread Cool Whip over 3rd layer. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
