CHOCOLATE PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix first 3 ingredients together, press in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool.

Mix next 3 ingredients together and spread on crust. Prepare pudding with 3 cups milk and spread on second layer. Top with Cool Whip.
