CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. cream, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla
Graham cracker crumbs

Scald milk. Mix sugar and cocoa and add to the milk. Combine gelatin and cold water and let stand 5 minutes. Add to hot milk. Cool until starts to thicken; then add whipped cream and vanilla. Line pan with cracker crumbs and add mixture. Put more crumbs on top. Chill in refrigerator.
