2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. cocoa (melted)
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. water

Sift dry ingredients. Add cocoa and butter. Add 1/2 cup milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour batter into 8 inch square pan.

Mix: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. cocoa

Sprinkle over batter. Then pour 3/4 cup water over all and bake 45 minutes in moderate oven. Serve with whipped cream.
