CHICKEN BAKE 
1 frying chicken
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Minute Rice
1 pkg. powdered onion soup
1/2 c. milk

Grease pan. Put rice in pan; add soup slightly heated with the milk. Pour over the rice. Add chicken. Sprinkle powdered onion soup over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake 2 hours and 15 minutes at 325 degrees in a 9"x12" pan.
