3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts
20 - 24 Ritz crackers, crumbled

Beat egg whites, add sugar gradually until stiff. Stir in vanilla, add nuts and Ritz crackers. Pour into a greased pie tin and bake 30 minutes at 350°F. Cool before serving and top with whipped cream.
