PEACH BAVARIAN SALAD 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
1/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 c. boiling water
1/3 c. peach juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 c. Cool Whip or 2 pkg. Dream Whip minus 1/4 c. milk

Drain peaches and chop. Save juice. Dissolve Jello, sugar, and salt in boiling water. Add peach juice. Chill until thickened, add extract and fold in Cool Whip. Add peaches. Use 5 cup mold. Use 9 ounce Cool Whip when doubling the recipe. Use only 29 ounce can of peaches.
