PEACH SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. mixed fruit Jello, or strawberry
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Drain peaches, reserve juice. Add enough water to peach juice to make 2 cups. Bring to a boil. Pour over Jello and stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth; add peaches and chopped nuts. Pour into oblong dish and chill until firm.
