TOSTADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 env. taco seasoning
2 1/2 c. corn chips
1 can (15 oz.) refried beans
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown hamburger. Drain off fat. Add 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Mix well. Line bottom of casserole with 2 cups corn chips. Set aside. Spoon meat mixture over corn chips in baking dish. Combine remaining tomato sauce and the beans. Spread over meat. Bake covered 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed corn chips and bake uncovered 5 minutes more. Serves 5.
