TOSTADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. taco seasoning
2 1/2 c. corn chips
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown meat, drain off fat. Add 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Mix well.

Line a 2-quart casserole with 2 cups crushed corn chips. Crush remaining chips and set aside. Spoon meat mixture over chips in baking dish.

Combine remaining tomato sauce and beans. Spread over meat. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crushed chips. Bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
