TOSTADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. taco seasoning mix
2 1/2 c. corn chips, crushed
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz.)

Brown beef and drain. Add onion, then one half can tomato sauce and dry taco seasoning; mix well. Line bottom of 2 quart casserole with 2 cups crushed corn chips. Spoon meat mixture over chips in dish. Combine remaining tomato sauce and beans. Spread over meat. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining corn chips. Bake, uncovered, for another 5 minutes. Serves 5.
