TOSTADA PIZZA 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. water
Cornmeal
16 oz. can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
3/4 c. water
Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Lettuce, shredded
Tomatoes, chopped

Mix the Bisquick and water. Sprinkle a little cornmeal on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Roll out dough and place in pan. Spread the refried beans on the dough. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add taco mix and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour meat sauce on beans. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Heat until melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and taco sauce, or let each person do their own topping. This makes for easier storage and reheating. Delicious as a cold leftover.
