TOSTADA GRANDE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. (1/2 pkg.) taco or chili seasoning mix
8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. can dried green chilies, drained
3-4 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls OR
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 c. refried beans
4 oz. shredded cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in seasoning, tomato sauce, chilies and Tabasco. Heat until hot and bubbly. Simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes or until mixture thickens. Lightly grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Separate biscuits, arrange in pan. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Spread beans over dough, top with meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle immediately with cheese. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and onion, sour cream. Yield: 4-6 servings.
