TOSTADA DIP 
20 oz. refried beans
1 tbsp. picante sauce
2 avocados
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. sour cream
1 sm. pkg. taco seasoning
1 (7 oz.) can diced Ortega chiles
8 oz. grated Jack cheese
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can chopped or sliced olives
2 tomatoes
3 green onions
Tortilla or corn chips

Spread in layers in 9 x 12 inch glass dish.

Layer 1: Refried beans mixed with picante sauce. Spread in bottom of dish.

Layer 2: 2 mashed avocados sprinkled with lemon juice.

Layer 3: Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning mix.

Layer 4: Can diced Ortega chiles.

Layer 5: Grated Jack and Cheddar cheese.

Layer 6: Can olives.

Layer 7: 2 firm tomatoes, finely chopped. 3 green onions, finely chopped.

Dip with tortilla chips or corn chips.
