SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
1 lb. sausage meat
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
2 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs, salt and mustard. Add milk and cubed bread to egg mixture, then add cheese and sausage. Put mixture in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before cutting.
