BROCCOLI QUICHE 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Dash of nutmeg
1 (9") unbaked pastry shell (if using frozen crust, use deep dish)
2 tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & well drained
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Toss cheese with flour. Add broccoli, milk, eggs, mushrooms and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes to an hour or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
