BROCCOLI QUICHE 
2 c. chopped, frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
Deep 9-inch pie shell
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. seasoning salt
2 c. grated Swiss or Provolone cheese

Line bottom of pie shell with 1 cup of cheese. Cover with broccoli and then the other cup of cheese. Beat eggs, salt and milk together and pour over top. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown.
