HAM & BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 Pillsbury ready crust or 1 pie crust
1/4 lb. shaved ham or 1/2 c. chopped ham
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, well drained (may substitute chopped spinach)
1 tbsp. minced onion
.7 to 1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated in food processor
Salt & pepper to taste (garlic salt is good)
1 tsp. basil
1 pt. half & half
2 to 3 eggs
7 to 10 olives, pitted

Place pie crust in 10 inch pie pan and flute edges. Layer ingredients in this order: ham, broccoli, onion, mushrooms and grated cheese. (Be sure ingredients are well drained.) In a blender, combine half and half, eggs and seasoning and blend; also include black olives. Pour over ingredients layered in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden.
