CHEESY HAM & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cut-up fully cooked smoked ham
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ham, cheese, broccoli and soup in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir remaining ingredients until dough forms; drop by spoonfuls evenly over broccoli mixture. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. 4 servings.

High Altitude: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drain broccoli thoroughly and pat dry. Bake casserole 45 to 50 minutes.
