HAM AND BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. minced ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle ham, broccoli, cheese and onion in pie shell. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 25-30 minutes longer or until custard is set in center. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving. Serves 4-6.
