HAM, BROCCOLI AND SPINACH QUICHE 
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Fresh broccoli, chopped
1 doz. eggs
1 c. ham chunks
1 pt. light cream
2 pie crusts, frozen
Seasoning salt
Garlic salt
Onion salt

Blend eggs, cream, spinach and salt in blender. Thaw pie crusts, warm in oven for 5 minutes. In crust put 1/2 cheese (1/4 in each crust), ham and broccoli. Cover with egg mixture. Top with more cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 400 degrees until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
