HAM & BROCCOLI QUICHE 
9" unbaked pastry shell
3/4 lb. ham, cubed
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. broccoli
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. light cream

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry shell. Bake 7 minutes. Remove and reduce oven to 350 degrees. In medium skillet, brown onion, ham and add broccoli. Spoon into pastry shell. Sprinkle with cheese.

In medium bowl, beat eggs well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool.
