PORK CHOPS IN ORANGE SAUCE 
4-6 center cut loin pork chops
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 med. onion

ORANGE SAUCE:

1 c. orange juice
1 packed tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown chops in Crisco. Cut onion into side strips and add at the end of browning. Add orange sauce and reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes, turning chops once until they are for tender and sauce is reduced to gravy texture. Serve with rice.
