POTATO BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 med. onion
1 stick butter
Salt
Pepper

Clean and pare potatoes. Slice potatoes and onion very thinly. Alternate layers in a buttered casserole dish. Do not dilute cream of broccoli soup. Pour over potatoes and onions. Dot with butter as desired. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are done, about 45 minutes. Stir just prior to serving.
