CHICKEN, BROCCOLI, NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
4 cooked chicken breasts, deboned (or 1 pulled, cooked chicken)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. egg noodles, cooked
1 c. grated cheese
crushed potato chips (optional)

Sauce:

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
sliced water chestnuts (optional)

Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Layer ingredients and put noodles on the bottom. Sprinkle broccoli on noodles and add chicken and then sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 35 minutes.
