BROCCOLI TOPPED POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 tsp. sliced green onion
10 oz. pkg. Green Giant frozen broccoli in cheese sauce
2 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
2 c. Hungry Jack potato flakes
4 slices of bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled

Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook broccoli accordingly. Meanwhile in large pan bring water, butter and salt to boil. Remove from heat, stir in milk and potato flakes. Place in casserole dish. Spoon broccoli evenly over top of potatoes. Sprinkle bacon evenly over broccoli. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
