TATO TACO CASSEROLE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes
8 oz. carton dairy sour cream
2/3 c. water

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheese

TOPPING:

1 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. (1 lg.) chopped tomato
2 c. corn chips, slightly crushed

Combine crust ingredients; press into 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and bring water to boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Spread over crust; sprinkle with cheese.
