1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. club soda
2/3 c. oil

FROSTING:

1 pt. Cool Whip
1 c. milk
1 pkg. pistachio pudding

Beat cake ingredients together for 4 minutes. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

Mix frosting ingredients together. Let stand for 10 minutes before putting on cooled cake.
