PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1/2 c. pistachio nuts (crushed)
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
1 pt. med. cream
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs

Grease and flour pan. You can use one sheet cake pan or two round pans instead of bundt pan.

In large bowl, combine cake mix, 1/4 cup nuts, 1 box pudding mix, 1 cup club soda, 1/2 cup oil and eggs. Mix until smooth. Pour into bundt pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

Beat 1 package pudding and 1 pint medium cream. Top with 1/4 cup crushed nuts.
