1 c. chunk style peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar3 c. crisp rice cereal slightly crushed
Finely chopped peanuts

In a large bowl blend together the peanut butter and butter; stir in the confectioners' sugar. Add cereal, mixing well. Shape into 3 logs 7 x 1 1/4 inch. Pat chopped peanuts over logs. Wrap in foil or clear plastic wrap and chill well. Slice 1/2 inch thick pieces. Makes about a pound of very good candy.
