SWISS APPLE PIE 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. c. finely chopped apples (about 4 apples)
1/2 c. nuts

Mix egg and sugar and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add vanilla. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour in greased pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
