CHOCOLATE SWISS PIE 
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
Toasted pecans
Whipped cream
1 sq. chocolate, unsweetened, melted & cooled
9 inch prepared pie shell, baked

Cream butter thoroughly. Add sugar gradually, beat. Add salt, chocolate and vanilla and beat. Add 2 raw eggs and beat 10 minutes. Pour into cooked pie shell and let stand in refrigerator several hours. When served, top with whipped cream and toasted pecans. The success of the pie depends on the beating.
