SWISS APPLE PIE 
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
1 heaping c. peeled, diced apples
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased pie plate. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. NOTE: Do not use a pastry shell for this pie.
