TUNA SWISS PIE 
1 (9 inch) prebaked pastry shell
1 can (12 1/2 or 13 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, about 4-6 oz.
1/2 c. sliced green onion
3 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk

In large bowl, toss together tuna, Swiss cheese and onion. Spoon into pastry.

In bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Slowly pour over tuna mixture. Bake 350 degrees, 50 minutes until golden or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Check to be sure it does not burn. Serves 8.
