EASY TO MAKE TUNA - SWISS PIE | |
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell or 1 frozen 9 inch pastry shell, thawed 1 (12 1/2 or 13 oz.) can tuna, drained, flaked 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 c. green onions, sliced 3 eggs 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. milk Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes; remove. Toss together next 3 ingredients; spoon into pastry. In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Slowly pour over tuna mixture. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8. |
